After this very short break I resume with even more strength, one of the sticks even breaks but this does not stop me and I continue to strike until, exhausted, the slave lowers his feet and surrenders.

Oggi voglio sperimentare una pratica antica, di origine spagnola: il mio schiavo è in posizione, nudo, legato al lettino e con le piante dei piedi in alto e ben in vista. Mi armo di due frustini rigidi, quasi due bastoni, e inizio a colpire le piante dei piedi. Inizio lentamente e alterno colpi e un leggero solletico con le mie unghie lunghe che accarezzano le sue piante. Poi aumento velocità e intensità dei miei colpi e lo schiavo si dimena tra le urla: è veramente doloroso e mi implora per avere dieci secondi di tregua... Dopo la brevissima pausa riprendo con ancora più forza, uno dei bastoni si rompe addirittura ma questo non mi ferma e continuo a colpire finchè, stremato, lo schiavo abbassa i piedi e si arrende.
