Al termine il pene è in uno stato semieretto ma non completamente duro e passo a una manipolazione diretta per cercare di indurre l’orgasmo: riuscirà finalmente a svuotare quelle palle piene da tempo o si potrà salvare solo con un intervento chirurgico?
