Today I teach my friend Leyla to ride a slave like a pony, it is the first time for her and she is very excited already on the first ride. After several static poses, we take him around the room with both of us in the saddle until he falls exhausted to the ground.

CAVALCATA PESANTE

Oggi insegno alla mia amica Leyla a cavalcare uno schiavo come fosse un pony, è la prima volta per lei ed è molto eccitata già al primo giro. Dopo un po’ di riscaldamento decido che la vera prova per questo schiavo oggi sarà sopportare il nostro peso, prendo Leyla in braccio e mi siedo sulla sua schiena, ferma, solo per fargli sentire il peso. Inizia a sudare e allora prendo un telo e lo poggio sulla sua schiena come fosse una sella e continuo gli esercizi di sopportazione del peso: prendo Leyla in diverse posizioni e la faccio salire anche sulle mie spalle. Dopo varie pose statiche, gli facciamo fare qualche giro della stanza con entrambe noi in sella finchè non stramazza al suolo esausto.
