ALLENAMENTO DI KICKBOXING

Il mio schiavo dalla palle rotte oggi è fortunato perchè ho voglia rispolverare un po’ le mie abilità con calci e pugni. E’ passato un po’ dal mio ultimo allenamento di kickboxing ma con questo sacco fatto di vera carne tornerò subito in forma. Non perdiamo tempo e inizio subito con una serie di calci circolari e calci a uncino al corpo: calcio forte con entrambe le gambe e il suo addome inizia a diventare rosso. Continuo con dei pugni a martello per poi avvicinarmi ancora di più e scaricare una raffica di ginocchiate alla bocca dello stomaco che lo mettono rapidamente al tappeto. Si rialza e dopo qualche gomitata gli mostro come abbia conservato ancora l’elasticità di gambe per colpire più in alto. I miei calci arrivano prima al petto e poi al volto fino a quando lo faccio volare sul divano con un ultimo, potente calcio frontale.
