There was a lot of traffic but finally I arrive at the clinic where a patient is waiting for me together with my assistant who is holding the camera and ready to shoot. The patient complains of impotence and erection problems but at first inspection everything seems to be in order, I will have to make a more detailed visit and go deep. I prepare the catheter to visit it from the inside even though the patient is a little scared. I prepare gloves and gel and insert the catheter and then complete the treatment with two needles inserted into the nipples.
