Your regular fitness class has a substitute instructor and it's me! Everyone is surprised at my size but I promise I'm going to take good care of you all. As we start you all notice the ground shaking under your feet! The more intense we get the less you can keep your balance until you're falling all over the place! I realize that I'm so big and powerful the ground is shaking with my movements and knocking you little weaklings to the ground!
