I make a locked submissive stand in a CBT device. While he's locked in a chastity device and the CBT device I make him play Hangman. If he gets it right he will be let out of chastity. If he doesn't solve it he will be locked in chastity for another month. Each time he guesses a letter incorrectly I slap his balls with my favorite spoon.
