As much as I don't like to admit it my whip cracking and dancing are intertwined with each other. If I stop doing one the other suffers. Over the last few months I've been focusing on my whip content instead of dancing. And my whip cracking hasn't been as polished as it used to. Not to mention all the Weight I gained. So hopefully my dancing will remedy it.
