In this clip, I show you and talk a bit about my two fingernails that have been bitten to the quick- very short. I show you them and bite them and the cuticles. When I can’t bite those anymore I start on a pinky fingernail, I bite a piece off and then file it down, still trying to prevent biting it more in the future.
