Laila holding her mouth open...as best she can...some breathing sounds....a little bit of rubbing back of tongue against tonsils, but mostly holding mouth open and tongue stays mostly flat (This was a request, version 1...I plan to make another version in higher quality (bigger filesize) in one to two days)
