Laila uses and electric pump to inflate a rainbow beach ball...Once it is large enough to sit on, she sits on the ball while it inflates, until it finally gets so full that it knocks her off the ball....She finishes inflating it to as full as it will get...then she gets on top of the beach ball, facing you, topless and rocks back and forth on the ball very briefly. (this part is very close up filmed, only part of the beach ball and myself are showing) (please note the electric pump is noisy, and is running for about 2 and a half minutes of the clip)
