I am wearing thigh high rainbow striped socks/stockings. I play with a beach ball using my feet and legs. I rest my crossed legs on the beach ball, squash and squeeze the beach ball in varying manners, with my feet, legs and then some with my thighs. I don't squeeze too hard, it just lets some air out of the ball, so it gets soft but not totally deflated.
