720x480format~If I have an extra busy day at the office, I tend to not have time to get my workout during the day...so I end up doing a bit of stretching at night! I left on my Black Wolford pantyhose, as it was a bit chilly tonight, with my basic workout gear on top...this is just basic stretching to get the kinks out, so positions are held longer...bending and reaching and pushing my body to the limit! ENJOY!!!
