Plot 1st part:
Lalo is at the gym stretching/working out but the itching of athlete’s foot keeps bothering him.
He tries to wiggle his toes around in his shoes/grind his shoes the floor/scratch on top of his shoes/sneak a scratch or two but nothing works.
So he takes off one sneaker and rubs his socked foot on top of the other shoe. It helps with the itch a bit but he notices the smell coming from his feet, so he has to put his sneaker back on.
After some more wiggling, the itch gets worse and Lalo kicks off his...

After some more wiggling, the itch gets worse and Lalo kicks off his shoes and rubs his socked feet together, uses his fingers to scratch between his toes, then sits down to scratch and rub his feet while complaining about the stink.
His exercise is ruined by his itchy feet and leaves the gym in frustration and goes back to his office.

Additional Requests:
Please, you don’t need to take off your socks at any time since I’m more into socked feet than bare feet.
Also please groan and moan or even curse while you are itching. And I’d love to see your handsome face wincing from the itch and even climaxing a little bit when you feel the relief! If it's possible, please do both close-up shots for your feet/facial expressions, and also some whole-body wide shots.
All of these is quite similar to your previous athlete's foot custom clip.
