Back at the office, the dentist, accustomed to smelling stinky mouths, is immediately shocked by the stench of Vanessa's breath , who he found rather sexy before she opened her mouth to greet him. He's never smelled such foul breath in his entire career. Trying to maintain appearances in front of his patient, he asks her to sit down. Vanessa notices that something is wrong and asks him what he is doing. The dentist then tells her that she has nothing to worry about and it's just the new procedures since covid; Vanessa is reassured.

Courageous, the dentist leans towards her and asks her to open her mouth. Vanessa blows a good whiff of her bad breath . Faced with this stench, the dentist instinctively takes a step back. A worried Vanessa asks him if he's okay.

The dentist, knowing what awaits him, returns to examine Vanessa. Once again she blows him a big puff of her bad breath. The dentist struggles but manages to examine her. He notices for himself how Vanessa has neglected her oral hygiene for years and especially her white tongue full of bacteria .

So as not to shock her, he asks her nicely if she brushes her teeth. While she thinks about his question, Vanessa gives him a big puff again of her bad breath and admits to him that in recent days she has neglected her oral hygiene a little and even fears having a little bad breath. People tend to cringe when she speaks near them. She innocently tests her breath on the back of her arm and she doesn't notice any suspicious smell.

The bewildered dentist does not know if he should answer her honestly that her breath is downright toxic and that he does not know how concretely what to do to change that. But before he answers Vanessa then gets up, rips off the dentist's masks and puts his nose squarely in her mouth then asks him: "So I do have bad breath??? " The dentist completely overwhelmed and almost can't do anything but stammer. Vanessa gets more and more nervous and puts her white tongue directly into his nostrils .

She continues to blow her bad breath on him and licks his nose, spits on him and licks his face . The dentist, struggles not to lose consciousness as Vanessa walks out of his office letting him know that he should not mock his clients or he'll face the consequences.
