He's dominant, an alpha, craving control of everyone around him. The police hasn't been everything he imagined in that sense, lots of rules to abide, and he's ready for new heights.

He bought a growth potion on the black market - he's going to become so strong that no one can escape his power. He'll be the leader of his city, just as he's always dreamed. But when Lalo reads the potion's instructions, "only take two drops", he decides to drink ...

But when Lalo reads the potion's instructions, "only take two drops", he decides to drink the entire bottle... What follows, no one could have predicted... Lalo becomes GIGANTIC, so huge that his size surpasses the skyscrapers in the city center.

High on power, strength, and size, Lalo decides to destroy everything in his path, airplanes full of innocent passengers, cars driving through the city explode under the power and weight of his feet, he terrorizes everyone, and finally, imprisons all the tinies of the city within his grasp. He is now officially the undisputed leader of the city, and the surviving tinies will be his slaves from now on.
