3rd person Vanessa lying down on her stomach on the couch, facing the TV, focused on the TV playing her video game, unaware of her surroundings, while the tiny neighbor [miniature figure] is on the couch with her, quietly watching not too far from her.
1st person [neighbor's POV] The neighbor starts to approach Vanessa's feet as they lay motionless on the couch. He gets close and watches them for a bit before deciding to tour her body briefly, walking up along her legs and stopping at her butt, watching Vanessa as she plays her video game.
He then looks back to see her feet move, making his way back towards them. Her feet began to move as they did the last time, rubbing her feet together, with the tiny man being close to witness, mesmerized at the sight and sound of them rubbing together. He quietly moves around them from one side, to the other side, to even behind her moving feet, often brushing & bumping against them while not alerting Vanessa, even pressing his face against her soles to get a feel and whiff of them a few times [camera pressed against her feet]. [Throughout most of this scene, Vanessa's feet are crossed at the ankles, rubbing them together slowly & sensually-like. She switches positions of her feet occasionally throughout the video (left over right & vice versa) & continues rubbing together. She can take breaks from rubbing in between at her discretion and she can also rub them in other positions/poses as well] [Reference link examples below]
As she does this, she continues to play the game, with the tiny man overhearing Vanessa talking to herself about the game, laughing when she's winning and groaning & cursing out loud & groaning in frustration as she's losing. At one point, she actually slams her feet down on the couch in frustration when she’s not playing well, almost crushing the tiny man.
As he continues to watch, he gets closer to her feet but Vanessa unknowingly ends up pressing her foot against his tiny face and body, pushing him off the edge of the couch and falling.
Back to 3rd person For the last minute or so, we see the tiny neighbor lying in one of her house slippers. We then overhear Vanessa saying how glad she is that she beat the game. She then gets up and puts on her slippers, unknowingly smooshing the tiny neighbor in them. She adjusts the feeling of her slipper to her comfort and walks away, unknowingly crushing him with every step.
