Tell him to stick his nose in your toe cracks to scratch it and get some air flow between those toes. Then you tell him to suck the sweat out of your socks, use his tongues to swipe under your toes to get the itch. And you rub your soles across his face to scratch the bottom of your feet.

During the process you keep rubbing your feet together and use your fingers to scratch too. You praise him as being good at providing relief for your itchy feet.
