Vanessa and her stepson are in the living room. Vanessa goes to the kitchen to prepare a snack and asks him whether he wants something. He declines. The stepson notices a strange bottle in front of him whilst Vanessa is in the kitchen... he doesn't know what it is... He drinks it. And suddenly he starts becoming smaller and smaller until he becomes so little, he is barely visible to the naked eye!! No bigger than a coin!

He panics and goes ask his stepmother Vanessa for help, who is in the kitchen preparing a snack. But Vanessa doesn't notice that her stepson has shrunk and is near...

Vanessa and her stepson are in the living room. Vanessa goes to the kitchen to prepare a snack and asks him whether he wants something. He declines. He panics and goes ask his stepmother Vanessa for help, who is in the kitchen preparing a snack. But Vanessa doesn't notice that her stepson has shrunk and is nearby... her stepson approaches her to get her attention, but her stepson's voice volume is so low because of his size that Vanessa doesn't hear anything.

The stepson continues to approach her, but accidentally trips over Vanessa's afternoon snack. Vanessa takes her stepson and her snack to the living room and turns on the television. Distracted by the series she's watching, she takes one bite after another, without even looking at the food. She eats her snack until she accidentally swallows her stepson.

The stepson rolls in her mouth before being swallowed. 30m later, Vanessa begins the digestion process and then lies peacefully in her living room on her phone. But a few moments later she feels an extreme stomachache! Her belly swells and swells and swells, becoming incredibly swollen and unbearably painful. It also makes so many noises that Vanessa can't even concentrate... Her digestive system is having extreme difficulty digesting her little stepson!

Vanessa runs to the bathroom, where her stepson ends up in the sewer, a difficult journey looming ahead...
