Lana arrives at a new gym - an innovative outdoor 'roof top' gym catering to men. As soon as Lana is about to remove her shoes to step on the mats, petit Mike walks over to Lana and tells her she doesn't belong here. Lana scoffs as she shakes her head in disbelief as she walks closer towards Mike. She lifts up Mike's arms as she exclaims how skinny and puny he is. She then tells Mike she bets he is so weak that he can't even lift her up off the mat. Mike attempts to lift Lana up and miserably ...

Lana arrives at a new gym - an innovative outdoor 'roof top' gym catering to men. As soon as Lana is about to remove her shoes to step on the mats, petit Mike walks over to Lana and tells her she doesn't belong here. Lana scoffs as she shakes her head in disbelief as she walks closer towards Mike. She lifts up Mike's arms as she exclaims how skinny and puny he is. She then tells Mike she bets he is so weak that he can't even lift her up off the mat. Mike attempts to lift Lana up and miserably fails. Lana laughs as she is easily able to put him into a backwards bearhug, squeezing his torso tightly as his legs swing around wildly before dropping him down on the mat. Lana encourages Mike to try to lift her again and again he struggles, ultimately unable to. Lana picks Mike up sideways and starts to squat - she is still determine to get her workout in before discarding Mike again on the floor. Mike angrily tries to rush Lana, and is able to secure a body lock before Lana breaks his grip and throws him over her shoulder like a barbell, continuing her squat routine. At one point, Mike gets so desperate he attempts to pick Lana up with both legs and gets caught in a standing headscissor. Exhausted and defeated, Lana orders Mike to worship her biceps, shoulders, thighs and calves. Lana has Mike worship her ass softly as she relaxes before ordering him down on the mat to victory pose over him.
