There's this supplement I use and every single time I use it, I end up sneezing so much! The particles go into the air and I'm sneezing like crazy. There's pepper extract in it so I'm sure that's the reason. Watch me sneeze and induce sneezes. I blow my nose as well since I already have the sniffles. I actually cough A LOT too. It just attacks me!
