In the final part of this series, Jessica's neighborhood tickler visits her house this time, with the intention of giving her some more laughter. Jessica is dressed in pink, and adorable pigtails. She's busy working out, and the tickler decides he has a better way for her to stay toned and burn calories...through laughter! Later on, he flirts with her on the sofa, his fingers finding all sorts of ticklish areas on her body. Jessica is tickled everywhere, with emphasis on her ticklish upper body.
