The tickler's fingers have explored her young body and have determined that Lucy is more ticklish on her upper body than anywhere else. In this installment, she is tickled on her bare feet and upper body while tied to a chair. Her hair is in pigtails and she is wearing a girly pink top. She admits that this shoot is the most she has been tickled and LiB was happy to explore her tickling journey onto video.
