I just made a weigh in clip 10 days ago and today I have to make another.
Like I said before, staying inside, having outdoors activities once a week when I go shopping at the supermarket and that is it, eating more than 4 times a day, having sweet snacks between meals, taking naps after meals or just laying on the sofa most of the day, is starting to show on my body and it's starting to show really fast.
