I am pregnant in the fourth month of pregnancy and I am really put to the test by the annoying constipation. My belly is swollen both from waiting and from this damn p-op that doesn't want to go out. I try to massage my belly, to push hard, but only air comes out, and then I push harder. I do not know what to do! help me and encourage me too
