Bound and helpless, the sonic wave weapon being used by Binary (Gigi Lyn) has made it impossible for either Star Girl (Roxie Rae) or Super Woman (Orias Bastet) to use any of there powers to get free. As both lay on the floor at the mercy of their enemy, Binary returns. Binary circles around the two helpless heroines and then first she visits Star Girl with her chemically treated rag.
