QUICK SYNOPSIS:
Batgirl and Robin are in their civilian identities as Barbara Gordon and Carrie Kelly when the Penguin tries to steal the box office receipts for a socialite fundraiser. Both girls fight the Penguin and nearly beat him down until they realize that in doing so it would be obvious that they are trained superheroines and it would blow their secret identities. They are to let the Penguin win and he and his men "have some fun" at the girl's expense by partially stripped them down (taking their valuable jewelry from them, high heels etc...) and then gassing them with some 'Penguin Rest Spray.' When Barbara and Carrie both recover, they're tied and gagged in tight rope bondage and placed back to back in chairs with a large parcel of dynamite under them set with a 5-minute timer ready to blow up. Both heroines struggle to get free before they're destroyed, then quickly change into their sexy superhero costumes and prepare for some payback.

STORY:
Barbara Gordon and Carrie Kelly are returning home with the box office receipts from a high-fashion fundraiser benefiting a charity organization called Gotham's Underprivileged Youth. The gala was a success and they have almost $130,000 in fundraising which has to be deposited in the bank first thing in the morning. The receipts (in a shoe box) will be deposited by Barbara for her step-daddy (Police Commissioner James Gordon) because he has to be up at 3am to go to work. Barbara and Carrie are only too happy to help out, but Carrie wants to know why they couldn't take a little bit of the money to pay for cab fare home or to treat themselves to a fancy seafood dinner for all of the hard work and effort they put into this charity event.
"No!" Barbara sternly says. "This money is for those less fortunate souls who need a helping hand. It's for orphans!"
"Orphans like me!" Carrie responds brightly. "At least an orphan until Batman took me in & trained me to be his partner!"
Unfortunately, their girl talk is cut short by the short, fat, waddling appearance of Chesterfield Oswald Cobblepot, otherwise known in crime circles as the Penguin. The Penguin wants to steal the receipts (which will put him in bags and bags of luxurious birdseed for months to come) and make a quick getaway. Unfortunately, when the Penguin starts to look lustily at Barbara Gordon's voluptuous body (wearing a tight-fitting purple dress) and prods her one too many times with the engorged "tip" of his umbrella, Carrie Kelly finally snaps under the pressure and starts to beat Penguin over the head with the heavy box containing the box office receipts, bludgeoning him a dozen times with maniacal fury, knocking the cagey bird down onto his knees.
Batgirl, realizing that if they beat the Penguin as "two helpless it'll surely give away their secret identities as Batgirl and Robin, quickly stops Carrie from winning the fight, giving Cobblepot enough time to gather his wits and grab his weaponized umbrella. Now captives of the cagey bird criminal, the bruised and battered Penguin gestures with his umbrella strips both Barbara Gordon and Carrie Kelly of anything valuable. Barbara is to take off her priceless diamond earrings and drop them in Penguin's loot bag, as well as her expensive "Esmerelda Vitton" designer leather belt and her designer leather heels. Carrie is to take off her designer belt and black leather boots as well, as well as her skirt, leaving her clad in only her black catsuit. When both girls are stripped of everything valuable, the Penguin gasses them both with a spritz from his umbrella, filling the air with a ghoulish green gas that puts both young women completely under.
When both women recover, they realize they're bound tightly with rope at the wrists and ankles, and they're also bound tightly into chairs. Thick black duct tape over their mouths gags them both and keeps them from talking to one another, and they realize they're sitting over several sticks of dynamite rigged with a timer set to go off in five minutes. Holy Doomsday Clock! Those sticks of TNT will blow them all to smithereens! The Penguin waddles in, chuckles at their predicament, and asks Barbara Gordon if she'd be willing to marry him in order to make the Penguin an official "step-son-in-law" to the Police Commissioner. Outraged, Barbara curses out the Penguin through her tape gag, making the Penguin blush with the severity of this venomous diatribe from a meek and mild-mannered librarian. Penguin hides the bomb somewhere else in the house and then says that the explosion will look like a gas leak.
Taking his leave, the Penguin waddles out with the receipts, and both courageous go to work in getting free immediately. Slipping under the chair ropes by using the special 'Bat Anti-Bondage Frictionless Lube' lightly soaked into both of their dresses, the girls quickly untie their hands, followed by their ankles. With a good two minutes left until the dynamite goes off, Carrie wants to run but Barbara (the wiser of the two) says that the bomb still needs to be disarmed or other innocent people could possibly be harmed when the bomb goes off. Carrie complains that without their costumes (and therefore, without their utility belts) they don't have the tools to easily disarm the bomb. Barbara points out that Carrie still has her iWatch, which has the "Bat Bomb Sensor" app still loaded into it from last week. Turning on the app, the sensor in the iWatch scans for signs of potassium chloride, particles of charcoal, and magnesium residue. After the bomb is located, Barbara Gordon uses her librarian's knowledge of explosive device disarmament procedures (of which there are shelves and shelves of books covering this very topic at her library) and she snips the correct wires, thereby saving the day!
Realizing that they need to still capture the Penguin, Barbara Gordon and Carrie Kelly both suit up for battle as Batgirl and Robin in a 'dressing' sequence, putting on each piece of their figure-hugging and skintight spandex costumes before both sliding on their masks and prepping for the battle that is sure to come! Batgirl and Robin change into their crime-fighting costumes and jump into action, luring the Penguin back to them by faking a police transmission that makes the Penguin think he left money back at the scene of the crime. Disaster strikes when Batgirl and Robin are able to easily disarm the Penguin but Robin makes a rookie mistake and accidentally gives away Batgirl and Robin's secret identities to their nemesis! Shamed and vulnerable, both junior heroines are to surrender and have to remove their utility belts, boots,gloves, capes, and even their masks in front of the Penguin and his men. The exposed superheroines are hogtied and left with a time-bomb set to go off, and they can't get free! Peril and humiliations galore!

STORY:
Batgirl and Robin jump into action to catch the Penguin! Batgirl pulls out her bat-radio to tune in to the police radio frequency (which she knows the Penguin will be listening in on as he and his men make their getaway) and she publicly states that the Penguin made a classic blunder and forgot to take over $100,000 in gems and jewels. His ego bruised, the Penguin immediately turns his van around and drives back to get some hard-earned revenge! Batgirl and Robin go into hiding to spring their trap, and when the Penguin makes his entrance the two girls surprise him. Using his umbrella like a drum-fed tommygun, the penguin goes "full automatic" and sprays both curvaceous crime-fighters with a spray of lead! Fortunately, both women have activated the "Bat in their utility belts and the bullets bounce harmlessly off the shield before they ever come close to hurting them. Out of ammunition and trying to reload his umbrella, the Penguin is disarmed by a toss of the batarang from Robin the Girl Wonder! His umbrella clattering to the floor, the penguin tries to beat up both superheroines but Robin rushes in and with a series of cartoon-like POWS, WHAMS, BIFFS, and CHOKS the plucky girl wonder easily beats the Penguin to within an inch of his waddling life!
Rising to his feet and groaning softly, the Penguin pulls his trump card... he has Commissioner Gordon as a hostage, both handcuffed and gagged! Penguin's men caught the Commissioner as he was rushing to Barbara's home to make sure she was alright, and they were easily able to blackjack him and take him captive (off-camera.) The commish is brought in and penguin points his umbrella at Batgirl's step-daddy as he delivers his final ultimatum, he wants both superheroines to surrender or he'll put a couple of lead rounds into the commissioner's kneecaps while Batgirl is to watch! Unenthusiastic to let her step-daddy come to harm, Batgirl reluctantly raises her arms in surrender and sadly agrees to do what the Penguin says (urging Robin to do the same.)
The Penguin orders Commissioner Gordon to be blackjacked a second time (off-camera) and he orders both superheroines to remove anything from their costume that can be used as a weapon or a signalling device. The girls are to remove each other's weapons-laden utility belts and kick them across the floor, depriving them of their powerful arsenals of bombs, grenades, tear gas bottles, smoke capsules, and rest-spray canisters. Then the girls have to remove their capes, tossing them both aside. Then the boots are to come off, and their gloves, and then finally their cowls. Batgirl is reluctant to do it but with no way to escape and already without her arsenal to back her up, Batgirl is to transform back into plain, nerdy Barbara Gordon.
Both heroines are unmasked and tied with rope in hogties, pieces of duct tape over their mouths. Weaponless and bound, both women struggles while a time-bomb counts down the minutes until their final doom. To make matters worse, the penguin sets the timer for five minutes and then sprays both girls with "lethargy gas" from his umbrella in order to weaken them both and cloud their minds with a powerful liquid While it doesn't put them both to rest, it does sap their strength and their intellect by 50%, diminishing their chances to escape greatly by making it harder to struggle and harder to think cognitively! Is this the end? can Batgirl and Robin escape?
