Although not as physically powerful as her archenemy, the dominoed daredoll uses her knowledge of judo and karate to strike with precision and grace, wounding the sultry supervillain and keeping her off-balance. The tide of battle changes though when Poison Oak pushes Batgirl into her "Venus Man-Trap" leaning against the wall and the foul flora takes a belligerent bite out of our hero's tender shoulder. Wounded and getting tired, Batgirl delivers a bevy of karate kicks and chops, knocking Poison Oak backwards against the chair. Using a potted plant as a bludgeoning tool, Batgirl delivers a solid crushing blow to the skull of Poison Oak, and the villainess finally goes down for the count.

Striking at Poison Oak's living leotard, Batgirl delivers a powerful throttle-strike to Poison Oak's lily-white neck, delivering er-hold but fails to take her opponent down. Spanking the villainess crazily on her well-fattened derriere' and with dozens of strikes with her armored glove, Poison Oak roars in pain and fury but is incapable of getting out from under the caped crimefighter. As Poison Oak bellows in rage, her feet kick angrily up and down, causing one of her green high-heeled shoes to go flying off crazily. Finally, weary and exhausted, Poison Oak finally surrenders ruefully and glowers at the triumphant Batgirl and remands herself into the dominoed daredoll's womanly custody. Pulling out the bat-cuffs from her utility belt, Batgirl makes the arrest but a VERY SPECIAL anti-tamper mechanism built into the crotch of Poison Oak's "creeper-costume" fires a heavy spray of napping gas right into Batgirl's face when our heroine starts fumbling around looking for the crotch-snap. Blinded and dizzy from the Fausta-like chemical attack issuing from Poison Oak's booby-trapped crotch, Batgirl is quickly turned from the captor into the captive after just a few spritzes!

Unlocking herself out of the bat-cuffs, Poison Oak mocks the toxicified avenger convulsing helplessly on the carpet (and who is now suffering from hemotological damage and nerve paralysis and is having a hard time drawing breath.) As Poison Oak leaves, quantum gem in hand, Batgirl tries to grab for the universal antidote vial in her utility belt but her hands (paralyzed and curled up into useless claws) cannot even get the pouch open. It is only through great luck that she manages to remember (and use) a special Indian Fakir 'mind over body' mantra that gives her enough control over her own body's motor functions to suppress the effects of the toxin long enough to gain some use of her fingers and allows her to get the capsule out of her utility belt pouch in time. Downing the contents of the antidote, Batgirl is restored but her enemy has managed to escape, and still has the gem in her possession!

Using detective work, Batgirl tracks Poison Oak to an underground lair and confronts the sinister supervillainess a second time but this time a special escape-proof net is dropped into place over Batgirl's body! As the caped crusader struggles to reach her keenly-sharp batblade, Poison Oak swoops in with deft precision and swiftly darts her green glove under the net, unbuckling Batgirl's precious utility belt and snatching it away from around the crimefighter's shapely waistline before Batgirl could make use of any of the hundreeds of items it holds! Now weaponless, Batgirl struggles against the net but without her edged implements or her laser torch it's hopeless for her to get free. Poison Oak drags the captured superheroine to her back room, where she orders the door sealed by her henchmen. Freeing Batgirl from the net, the now-unfettered crusader immediately dashes away to freedom but cannot even get a simple locked door open without the tools in her utility belt. Trapped in the room and weaponless, Batgirl turns on her captor and raises her fists, but there is one FINAL game that the princess of plants wants to play with the city's most fashionable do-gooder, and as she pulls out a soakened cloth reeking of liquid alchemy, Batgirl takes in a gulp and realizes that her end is truly drawing near. Can the lively Batgirl formulate her escape from the locked basement lair of Poison Oak? What IS Poison Oak's sinister plan to replace key figures in Gotham with eerily plant-like replicas? Can Batgirl get free? Is the purple-catsuited crimefighter a doomed heroine after all? Tune in, and find out!
