The evil super villain known as Bolt, (Jewell Marceau) has been speeding around town committing one crime after another. This crime wave of hers attracted the attention of the League of Amazing Women and they sent Tiedsville champion to catch her. They sent known other then the mighty American Avenger (Ember Skye).
