Staying at her step-daddy's luxurious ‘winter' mansion, Priscilla (played by Ashley Grace) does not like to talk about the numerous indignities she suffered, and likes to talk even less of the two superheroines who put her there, Lady Liberty and Crimson Star. Hatching a plot to get revenge on the two crimefighting partners, Priscilla dons her leopard-print catsuit and once again becomes... the crafty KuCheetah!

Responding to a faked emergency call placed by the criminally insane supervillain, senior team member Quasar (played by Vivian Ireene Pierce) and junior team member Crimson Star (played by Caroline Pierce) respond to what they believe to be an important emergency call. Instead, they fall right into the KuCheetah's trap. As gas is pumped into the room, both heroines slowly lose consciousness and collapse onto the floor. While they are out, KuCheetah takes away their LAW communicators and Crimson Star's bullet-deflecting feminum bracelets, leaving them partially stripped. When both heroines slowly regain consciousness, they are shocked to discover that Priscilla's mansion is one giant deathtrap, rigged with automated machine aimed at the windows and wired with ninety-pounds of dynamite hidden just under the floor, set to explode in a gigantic mushroom cloud of fire that will consume the entire mansion if they try to escape!

Being tested by KuCheetah with a clever riddle, the solving of which will lead them to the way out and their escape from the mansion, she jokes that neither heroine has enough brain-power to possibly solve the riddle. To prove her point, she quickly drops napping-gas pellets on the floor and scampers away as the two heroines gasp and succumb to the dangerous tranquilizing fumes a second time. When the two weary crimefighters recover, they find that their power belts have been stolen while they were knocked out, depriving both sexy heroines of much of their remaining power. Can Quasar and Crimson Star solve the riddle and find the key that will allow them to disarm the mansion's security grid and escape? Will they be able to defeat the spoiled Priscilla, and stop the menace of the KuCheetah?
