Quick Synopsis:
Power Girl and Wonder Girl go to arrest the Joker for stealing valuables from a museum, but what they don't know is that he has a powerful napping gas. He sprays both superheroines with his high-pressure gas and Wonder Girl almost immediately, but Power Girl is a Kryptonian and isn't affected. Joker uses green kryptonite on her instead and weakens her, then not only shoots her in her weakened state but he also Power Girl to strip off parts of her costume and remove parts of Wonder Girl's costume as well. In the end, both superheroes are restrained (Power Girl with the magic lasso, and Wonder Girl with steel handcuffs) while the Joker taunts and laughs at the two helpless heroines.

Story:
Power Girl and Wonder Girl go to arrest the Joker for stealing a gem valued at fifteen million dollars. They arrive at his hideout and confront him. The Joker feigns ignorance but Power Girl begins to scan the house with her X-Ray Vision. The Joker thinks he's clever by hiding the gemstone in a lead-lined box BUT the box proves to be the only thing in the home that Power Girl cannot peer through with her super-senses, thus revealing its location. Power Girl grows overconfident and tells the Joker he's going to jail, but that is when the joker gives both Wonder Girl and Power Girl a spray of potent napping gas from hidden valves in the walls. The high-powered mist overwhelms Wonder Girl immediately, sending her to the floor in a deep and dreamless rest. Power Girl is too powerful however to be affected and stands annoyed while Wonder Girl collapses onto the floor.
The Joker (dismayed that the napping gas didn't work on Power Girl) uses his .45 on the Girl of Steel, firing twice at each of her breasts and then aiming for the gut and the crotch. The steel-jacketed armor-piercing rounds bounce harmlessly off of Power Girl's invulnerable body, smashing through windows and walls with terrifying His sidearm empty, Power Girl grabs the joker and as she lunges forward the Clown Prince of Crime reaches into the lead-lined box and produces a huge chunk of glowing green kryptonite suspended on a chain!
Power Girl gets the kryptonite necklace around her neck, and her powers disappear almost immediately and she feels a heavy weakness and lethargy fall over her. She tries to escape, but she can no longer fly away or use her super-speed to escape. To make sure the necklace stays in place, the Joker uses his lapel to spritz Power Girl's white leotard with "Joker Glue" to hold the green rock firmly against Power Girl's gigantic breasts. Dizzy and disoriented, Power Girl collapses backwards as Joker's prisoner and watches in horror as Joker reloads his .45 and fires six more rounds into Power Girl's body. Although she's still partially invulnerable, the armor-piercing rounds now cause immense agony to Power Girl, making her howl with pain as each bullet slams home against her breasts and crotch.
Helpless and weak, Power Girl seeths as Wonder Girl is awakened with smelling salts and both girls are to hand over most of their costume pieces to the Joker. Boots, belts, gloves, capes, tiaras, and bracelets are all handed over, leaving the two barefoot superheroes in nothing but their spandex leotards and their pantyhose. The Joker delights in making Wonder Girl bind Power Girl's wrists together with WG's own magic lasso, and then Power Girl is to handcuff a depowered Wonder Girl so she cannot run away. Reloading his .45, Power Girl is into putting a damp washcloth (undeniably soaked in something sinister) over Wonder Girl's nose and mouth until she slips away into dreamland. Then, in a moment of horror, Power Girl is to put the dampened rag over her own face, taking herself out of the equation by subduing herself in a toxic takedown of epic proportions.
The last thing either heroine ever sees is the Joker laughing above them, sidearm in hand.
