Using her volcanic accelerator to threaten the entire state of Florida with total destruction, the villainess known as Magma (played by the sexy and charming Monica Jade) offers to spare the "Sunshine State" if they're willing to pay her one billion dollars in ransom money. The governor refuses to pay the ransom (citing financial hardships) and instead dispatches the League of Amazing Women to try and stop Magma from turning Mt. Tiedsville active. Unfortunately only one heroine is nearby at the time, a new crimefighter known as Scarlet Andrews (played by the gorgeous west-coast fetish model Brooke Thomsen aka Rebel). Scarlet was a supermodel who was accidentally exposed to metagenic chemicals while touring during a USO show for the troops, and the exposure gave her superhuman strength, speed, and agility. Deciding to go public with her identity, Scarlet works her day job as a model, and also works her night-time career as a world-saving crimefighter.

Scarlet defeats them all in a dazzling display of artistry and style. After all the outer guards have been skillfully dispatched, another guard draws a sidearm on the sexy superheroine and almost manages to get the drop on Scarlet before she moves in with lightning speed and disarms him, effortlessly lifting him (by his throat) into the air with one hand and squeezing his throat until he cracks under the pressure and reveals where Magma is hiding herself. As Scarlet gets closer, Magma's main henchman, Otis, manages to get close enough to the curvaceously-slender to try and depower her, snatching away her white sash in the heat of battle. Unfortunately, this is not her source of power and Otis soon gets a single super-powered punch in the nose which leaves him gasping and panting on the floor. Scarlet reaffixes her sash, then orders him to surrender and to disarm. Otis uses this opportunity though to hand over several metal capsules to Scarlet as a sign of compliance, capsules which explode seconds later and fill the room with a strange white fog that soon overwhelms the beautiful superhero and leaves her weakened and helpless on the floor, moaning incoherently.

After taking off Scarlet's sexy white go-go boots (searching for escape devices or communicators), her sash, and her power-regulating bio-bracelets, Magma chooses to leave Scarlet's mask on her face, preferring to savor the victory when Scarlet can willingly hand the mask over on her own, the ultimate humiliation for any true superhero. Tying up Scarlet Andrews with rope at the wrists, knees, and ankles leaves the sultry superheroine with few options left as she is also ballgagged to silence her cries for help, and the white gas from earlier has left Scarlet groggy and disoriented. The struggling do-gooder cannot break free from her bondage in her weakened condition, and so she struggles in on the couch, squirming all over in a desperate attempt to twist her way free. Magma uses this opportunity to tell the bound heroine about her plans to detonate a special 'volcanic accelerator' along Florida's single 400-mile long seismic faultline. Placed in the right spot, the explosion will trigger Florida's tectonic fault line, collapsing the two tectonic plates and sending Florida sinking down below the waves. Miami, Orlando, Tiedsville, and Ft. Lauderdale will all become new underwater attractions beneath the ocean waves!

Using her escape skills (along with several tools sewn into her red-and-white catsuit) Scarlet manages to free herself, but a second encounter with Magma doesn't go well when the young superheroine discovers that Magma has *also* been exposed to metagenic chemicals, and Magma's earth and fire powers include releasing powerful magma-fireballs strong enough to even get through Scarlet's fire-resistant costume! Two fireballs later, the defeated Scarlet is once again searched (this time more thoroughly) and her costume is removed (leaving her naked except for her pantyhose) to prevent further escape. With her breasts jiggling and her costume confiscated, there's no more fight left in the shattered superheroine as she lays defeated. Is this the end for Scarlet Andrews?
