Black Mamba, played by the sexy Annabelle Genovisi, awakens to find herself all tied up! She moans as her head slowly clears and she notices a note laying on the floor next to her. Black Mamba searches the room as she tries to break free. Seeing nothing, hearing nothing and unable to free herself she turns back to the note.
