Super Girl has been missing, her partner Super Woman (played by the lovely and talented Lydia Lael) has been searching all over for her. She had been hearing stories about some kind of underground genetics lab ran by some insane real world mad scientist. So after busting up several would be trouble makers Super Woman gets a location. Arriving at the secret underground lab, Super Woman begins to search for her friend. She sees what looks like Super Girl huddled on the floor in a jail cell. She is about to rush in when she is startled by the arrival of an uninvited guest. It seems the so called Mad Scientist (played by the gorgeous Amanda Bryant) has returned and has interrupted the happy reunion. Super Woman at first tried to demand some answers but is quick to figure out the mad scientist is actually mad, insane. She is just about to go slap the blonde on the mad scientist when Super Girl grabs her from behind. Before Super Woman can react too defend herself she is rendered helpless by her powerful partner. Super Girl, (played by cute and sexy newcomer Ava Nyx) helps the mad scientist get Super Women up on an exam table. Then the two undress the mighty heroine. They tie her up and the final straw is a special ball gag that will keep Super Woman's powers in check. They also apply a blindfold to Super Woman's eye just in case she still has some of her powers. Super Woman came around, weakened severely from the ball gag she moans. The mad scientist decides to have some fun and they both begin to tickle the helpless heroine. Later that day, Super Woman was moved to another X shaped device. As the mad scientist arrives with her Super Girl in tow, she tells her to drink a small shot of green liquid. It is the supergirl serum that the mad scientist invented. Using the real Super Girls DNA, the new serum makes it possible for anyone to become Super Girl. So they decide to do the same thing with Super Woman. After some more the two poor Super Woman to drink the stuff that the Mad Scientist will use to make a superwoman serum. They drag her to the jail cell where she gets to rest as the stuff she drank does its work. As the mighty heroine lays in the jail cell helpless, she can only wonder what's about to happen to her.

As Super Woman sat in her cell, the potion she had drank slowly wore off. With the effects of the potion worn off, Super Woman was able to remove her green rock ball gag and thus get all her powers back! Now quickly getting back to full strength the angry heroine got dressed. Fully dress Super Woman was about to head out when her two adversaries showed up. The Mad Scientist, and her slave Super Girl seemed unconcerned believing the potion would still work. Super Woman then made short work of the dastardly duo. First she knocked the mad scientist out like a light. Then she turned her attention to Super Girl. Dispatching her was fairly easy as the veteran super heroine made short work of the inexperienced Super Girl. Next both bad girls were stripped and then tied up back to back. As they both came around Super Woman began her interrogation. The mad scientist was truly mad as a hatter. Super Woman could get nothing out of her. After trying for a bit, Super Woman got frustrated and gagged both and tossed them into the jail cell while she tried to figure out what was going on.

Super Woman was losing her patience. She had not been able to find her missing side kick Super Girl. As such she came back determined to make her two captives talk. After all they had in fact been the ones that caused the entire episode in the first place. But the situation was problematic. First off, the fake Super Girl unaware of pretty much anything let alone what had happened. The Mad scientist was under the influence so to speak and was babbling incoherently. So Super Woman stormed into the cell she slung the fake Super Girl out of her way and dragged the giggling mad scientist out the door and tossed her onto the gurney. She began spanking the mad scientist ass which resulted in a mixture of squeals of pain and laughter. While this was going on the fake Super Girl tried to crawl away. Super Woman grabbed her and tossed her back in the cell. Then she tied up the mad scientist. Then when the spanking failed to make any progress, Super Women switched tactics and tried tickling. All Super Woman's attempts failed so she shoved a gag into the mad scientists mouth and turned her attention to the fake Super Girl. Dragging her out Super Woman ties her to the X shaped rack. Once again, Super Woman tries to tickle her captive into a confession. After this failed Super Woman began ripping off the fake Super Girl's panty hose. For whatever reason this finally worked. Now Super Woman knows where her side kick is. She leaves the two villains bound and gagged as she is off to save her side kick.
