Star Girl, (Amanda Bryant) has been looking for the perpetrator of a string of robberies of late. Knowing it could be any one of twenty different super villains on the loose in Tiedsville at any given time she had to proceed much more cautiously. Star Girl, (Amanda Bryant) has been looking for the perpetrator of a string of robberies of late. Knowing it could be any one of twenty different super villains on the loose in Tiedsville at any given time she had to proceed much more cautiously. As it turns out she is on a collision course with none other then the evil Tatsu ( Honey ). Little is known about this particular villain. Fellow League member Monarch has fought her but Monarch is currently off world so she will be of no use. The two adversaries meet. Tatsu turns out to be much more powerful then Star Girl expected. After a quick battle it is poor Star Girl who ends up between Tatsu's legs! Later, the young heroine comes around and finds her self missing her boots and hogtied. A gag only ads to her embarrassment. Tatsu tells her to sit tight as she will return later for some more fun.

Tatsu returns some time later. Expecting to find Star Girl to be bound and gagged helpless. But instead she finds a pile of rope! As a bewildered Tatsu looks around, Star Girl springs on her from behind. The fight is quick, one sided really, Tatsu goes down hard. Now its Star Girl's turn for some bondage pay back! She ties up Tatsu but this tie she pulls the wily villains costume down revealing her breasts! Star Girl taunts her captive villain and then leaves her bound, gagged and very humiliated!

In the dramatic conclusion of the story, Tatsu manages to get herself free again. Knowing she cannot escape she simply decides to sit back and wait for Star Girl to return. The wait was not a long one. The mighty heroine walked in ready to deliver Tatsu to the police. Surprised but not particularly alarmed she approached Tatsu ready to beat her up again. After some irrelevant banter Star Girl stepped toward Tatsu when the super villain suddenly blew a handful of powder into her face. Star Girl began to cough and stumble. After a moment the poor little heroine collapsed on the couch. Tatsu smiled happily as she was not 100% sure the powder would knock out Star Girl. Now it was time to fix Star Girls little red wagon so to speak. So first Tatsu removed the heroines boots and then pulled down her top to reveal her breasts. Next she tied Star Girl up and ball gagged her! As poor Star Girl came around Tatsu took some time to verbally berate the captive heroine. Then once more she hit Star Girl with the magic dust and sent her to rest. Now it was time for the real work. Tatsu pulled out come coke and made several lines putting out a credit card and other necessary items to make it look like Star Girl was using Next Tatsu pulled out some sex toys and left them laying around. Then it looked like Star Girl had been involved in a big fetish party. After shooting pictures and video Tatsu left Star Girl in her precarious situation.
