style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> Carrie Kelly (Robin) is at Wayne Manor by herself one night when she discovers that the Penguin has escaped from Blackgate Prison! With Batgirl already captured (Claire Vail in a cameo role as his bat-prisoner), and Batman out of town, Carrie decides to go undercover and capture the Penguin all by herself. Unfortunately, this time the Penguin has teamed up with Poison Ivy and so it's two-against-one as the young Robin discovers to her horror that when you have twice as many villains, you're in twice as much danger! Robin uses the bat-computer in her utility belt and the mini-printer gives her a punchcard showing the Penguin's most likely hideout, an abandoned warehouse on the edge of town called the "Friendly and Frozen Fish Food Factory." Deciding to enter the premises and conduct some reconnaissance on her own, Robin poses as a health inspector and investigates the location all on her own.

style="box-sizing: border-box;" /> Robin (undercover and in disguise) infiltrates the FRIENDLY AND FROZEN FISH FOOD FACTORY during busy factory work hours and discovers Penguin and Poison Ivy running an illegal smuggling business in the back rooms behind all the automated packaging machinery. Robin is also sexually harrassed by Poison Ivy (in her civilian guise as 'Pamely Isley') much to Robin's quiet consternation. Changing into Robin the Girl Wonder as soon as she has a moment alone in the warehouse, Robin encounters Poison Ivy and almost succumbs to her perfumed kisses containing brain-controlling pheromones which instill strong feelings of passion! Fortunately, Robin is able to control her sexual urges and resists Poison Ivy's perfume but during the confrontation she also gets too close and Robin succumbs to Poison Ivy's green washcloth doused in something deliberately sinister! Not long afterwards a fight breaks out in classic BATMAN 66 style and after a bevy of POW! WHAM! BOP! action, Poison Ivy is quickly defeated and pugilized in vicious action. Going into her utility belt for bat-cuffs, Poison ivy is shackled with her hands behind her back and shoved through a plate-glass window when the muscular henchman comes running in! Can Robin defeat this new foe, and what of the Penguin???
