After the untimely demise of the Scarlet Wench, a special transmitter implanted in her body activates, sending out a high-frequency pulse back at the League of Amazing Women's headquarters. One of the senior members of the team immediately responds, following the homing signal back to the source. Meanwhile, in the basement dungeon of Dr. Remorae, Stargirl awakens to find herself strapped to a special "swinging bondage chair" suspended from the ceiling by thick black rope. With her hands tied behind her back and still weakened as she is by her prolonged exposure to green kryptonite, Stargirl fights to get free but it's useless. It will take her weeks to fully restore her strength. Dr. Remorae teases and plays with the helpless hero, assuring her that in time she too will perish, but for the moment she must remain alive because she has more use as a hostage. After leaving, Stargirl again tries wriggling free of her bondage but it's hopeless. Then, a short time later, Lady Liberty arrives at Dr. Remorae's lair and sneaks downstairs to the basement, wary of danger. After doing a quick walkthrough, Lady Liberty spies Stargirl bound at the wrists and ankles in the chair and quickly frees the Maiden of Steel from her ropes by using her super-strength to snap the ropes. Now freed, Stargirl tells Lady Liberty the grisly account of the Scarlet Wench's demise at the hands of the supervillain. Both women try to escape the dungeon basement but Dr. Remorae returns sooner than expected and soon a battle royale' is on!

Dr. Remorae unloads an entire clip into both heroines but Lady Liberty uses her feminum bracelets to deflect all of the projectiles effortlessly away from her body. The devious doctor then uses his energy lash and vigorously strikes Lady Liberty with it several times until the amazing amazon is down onto one knee, moaning in pain. On the eve of his final strike though, Lady Liberty grabs his wrist and squeezes with her incredible strength, making him shriek as he drops the lash in pain. Switching to the blackjack, he tries to bludgeon his opponent but again Lady Liberty uses her magic bracelets to deflect the incoming attacks, saving her from a severe concussion. Going on the offensive, Lady Liberty pulls forth her magic lasso and quickly whirls it above her head at super-speeds, roping up the diabolical doctor with ease. Caught, the doctor tries to break free but he soon realizes he's caught. Unfortunately, a badly-selected choice of words while holding the lasso ("I order you to show me what you have behind your back, doctor!") gives him an opportunity to throw a large handful of napping-gas capsules onto the floor at Stargirl and Lady Liberty's feet. Exploding and releases large quantities of blue gas, the two heroines are slowly overcome and after Dr. Remorae has freed himself he swiftly seizes control and both heroines into the role of powerless prisoners. Now, hogtied with rope and ballgagged and struggling helplessly on Dr. Remorae's bed, both enslaved women dreadfully await their captor's return as he brings the cargo van around for some quick transportation. Is this the end for the weakened Stargirl and the stripped-down Lady Liberty?
