After being defeated in part one by her own amazonian step-sister, Lady Liberty (played by the ever-so-hot Amber G.) despairs at being able to break free now that she's been securely tied with the magic lasso by Liberty Girl (played by 19-year old fetish newcomer Chelsea Fieldings.) Interrogated by Dr. Remorae, the powerless superheroine is to answer all of his numerous questions truthfully, including the fact that the gemstone he covets is upstairs securely locked away in a biometric safe, one that requires her thumbprint to properly open. Liberty Girl, in an uncharacteristic mark of viciousness, produces a razor-sharp and offers to slice off Lady Liberty's thumb in order to open the safe, a move which appalls and disgusts Dr. Remorae, who prefers the ‘traditional' methods of villainy instead of using brute .

Problems continue to heighten between Dr. Remorae and the -wielding Liberty Girl as it is clear that Liberty Girl enjoys kicking and smacking around Lady Liberty even after she's been made helpless. Repeated demands for obedience by Dr. Remorae are ignored. After a while Liberty Girl even grows to flaunt her master's authority, reminding the doctor that now that she has all her power items back she is his physical superior by far and cannot be bossed around. Horrified at her step-sister's terrible behavior, Lady Liberty begs Dr. Remorae to explain what he has done to her step-sister to make her so unabashedly evil. Remorae tells the bound heroine about how he injected her with a large dose of cataphrenic... perhaps TOO large of a dose of cataphrenic, by all accounts, for it has pushed her beyond the point of reason. It is because of this untenable situation that Dr. Remorae and the captured Lady Liberty MUST work together before Liberty Girl's erratic behavior grows to a point where she will inadvertently harm someone else, or possibly herself. Can the amazing amazon and her archenemy join in order to stop a renegade superheroine-turned-supervillain before any permanent damage is done?
