Stunned by a glancing shot from the Phase IV Plasma Emitter, the defeated and barely-conscious Wondrous Girl (played by our own Mary Kensington) is barely able to function, let alone formulate a counterattack. The snide, sultry supervillain Extrema (played by the willowy Paige Erin Turner) saunters in and immediately deprives Wondrous Girl of her beautiful red-and-gold boots, incorrectly assuming that is where WG's power resides. As the boots slide off, the battered Wondrous Girl asks why her boots were taken from her, and soon Extrema's mistake about the source of an amazon's power is all too...

Stunned by a glancing shot from the Phase IV Plasma Emitter, the defeated and barely-conscious Wondrous Girl (played by our own Mary Kensington) is barely able to function, let alone formulate a counterattack. The snide, sultry supervillain Extrema (played by the willowy Paige Erin Turner) saunters in and immediately deprives Wondrous Girl of her beautiful red-and-gold boots, incorrectly assuming that is where WG's power resides. As the boots slide off, the battered Wondrous Girl asks why her boots were taken from her, and soon Extrema's mistake about the source of an amazon's power is all too apparent. Drawing forth her plasma emitter, Extrema keeps the weapon trained on Drusilla and swiftly uses black cord to bind Drusilla's ankles together, but when Wondrous Girl raises her wrists and tells the villainess that she can block any of her plasma shots if she tries to bind her wrists, Extrema lunges in against the still-dizzy Wondrous Girl and quickly tears WG's magical bracelets off her wrists, making her defenseless in the process. Snatching away WG's magic lasso as well, Extrema binds the amazon's wrists together with the lasso to make sure she cannot escape.

Now that flight from danger is impossible, Extrema interrogates the curvaceous superheroine, grilling her about her powers and weaknesses. Convinced that the amazon poses no viable threat after stripping her of her power items, Extrema departs to the other room to await the arrival of her criminal contact. Not long after she leaves though Wondrous Girl uses the often-overlooked power of her golden tiara (which amplifies her natural telepathic abilities) and uses her powers of psionic control to mentally uncoil her golden lasso, freeing her hands. Severely depowered without her belt or bracelets, but still having her magic lasso in her possession, Wondrous Girl sets a careful trap in the shadows, waiting for Extrema to eventually return. Will it work? Can Wondrous Girl capture the time-traveling supervillain and restore order to the universe?
