I am going to work out my hot sweaty body for you starting with weight lifting. First I will do bicep curls from the front and back view so you can watch my muscles flexing as they move up and down with the weights. Then I am going to move down to my legs and do some lunges, watch my ass and legs flex and every muscle in them move through my yoga pants. I will continue on to shoulder presses, more biceps, calf raises and more lunges. When I am done, I will flex each muscle in a close up view so you can see how awesome they look!
