I tilt my neck back and breathe in very deeply. I also swallow while my head is tilted back and tense up my neck so you can see the tendons and all the movement. I stretch my neck side to side which feels so good and I end up moaning. Breathing deeply makes me yawn soooo much! I also cough hard so you can see the movement.
