I sit on my bed crossed legged and rub my big maxi pad through my big yellow period knickers. You can hear the pad rustle each time I touch and rub it.
There's also heavy breathing in this, I think it was where I was breathing in to try make my tummy less fat so it wouldn't get in the way. I didn't even realise I made a noise when breathing in, but apparently I do! I was going to mute this, because the breathing noise is annoying, but then you wont hear the rustle of the pad!
