I talk about getting some new pad pants for when a pad isn't enough, to stop any leaks when I have my period. I show them from the front and back, and show how noisy they are by moving in them. I also get another one to show them in more detail inside out.
These are like plastic knickers/panties with a huge maxi pad built into them.
They're similar to adult diapers, but not actually adult diapers.
