The final lesson for Jewell is a tight tape tie. Lew wraps her wrists, then her legs at the ankles, calves, above and below the knees plus around her thighs. Then her arms are joined painfully behind her, elbows welded together with wraps above and below them, then her shoulders are even further pulled back with wraps around her upper arms.
