Lew again takes Maria down to the river bed where he tightly binds her then takes a few photos before exposing her nipples and attaching clamps to them. Lew then runs string through a ring suspended over the running river and attaches it to the nipple clamps Maria. He then pulls the string her to work her way out into the water! Lew finally ties Maria in a strappado and her face down just above the water...
