This clip is another in the series of custom hogtie challenges Lew has provided. In this one he binds the exotic redhead Sabrina Fox with small cotton clothesline rope. Like the others, he first ties her legs together tightly at her ankles, knees and thighs, then ropes her elbows together, her wrists follow quickly then her arms to her waist and a chest harness are all cinched in place. A mouth filling gag is applied tightly before it is completely sealed in place with a covering of tape around her head.
