She's back! The with the strongest legs I have ever met! This time she does incredible carries in a set of stairs, piggyback and fireman style. Shoot from different angels and also "on board". She made lots of these carries without rest and each of them is also quite long. Some calf raises also to top it up. Then we moved out in the forest for continuing with squats and lunges. She is a squat machine! Deep and many! She lifted me around my waist and also flexed of those fabulous leg muscles of hers.
