The young (18) & super talented girl known as "Elisabeth Flexes" has made her first L&C video. She is very feminine, super sweet and super strong & carries lots of muscles for her young age. She has been training hard in the gym for several years now. She's a bit shy but knows she's stronger than most others, also stronger than most men! This first video mostly consists of piggyback lifts. She walks up and down a small hill, does deep squats, lunges, cradle lunges and make jumps with the 10 kilo heavier man on her back. And she does lots of it! Check out those legs when she does lunges! She also does powerful cradles, there man don't hold himself up by putting his arm around her shoulders, no need! She hoist him up like a feather and even does mini-curls. There is also a 21⁄2 minute long segment of flexing of those lovely, powerful biceps.
