Also, it would be great if you can give yourself as much walking distance as possible so that I can see you walking for a long distance each time.For the last minute, I would like for you to get close to the camera with your ass and back in the camera frame and squeeze/clench your ass (without using your hands of course, just use your ass muscles to squeeze and clench your ass). I would like for you to clench your ass as tightly as possible for three seconds, then stop clenching your ass for three seconds, then clench your ass again for three seconds, and so forth.
