Part 1: Stomach ache, shoeplay and wrinkled soles (5 minutes) First scene is you sitting at the table, doing the stuff you did so often and well for me: Squirming, twisting and moaning in sheer agony. But there is a twist: The camera is on the floor behind your feet. You are wearing black stockings and flats. While you are suffering, you curl your toes in your shoes making them move, pop and drop from your feet. It's basically a shoeplay/stomachache clip.
